NVS Teacher Recruitment 2022 Notification out on 2nd July 2022 for 1616 Principal, PGTs, TGTs and Miscellaneous Category of Teacher positions. The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for Group A & Group B recruitment to the posts of Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers and Miscellaneous Category of Teachers in NVS Direct Recruitment Driver 2022-23. NVS Recruitment Age Limit:

Principal: Not exceeding 50 years

Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs): Not exceeding 40 years

Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): Not exceeding 35 years

Miscellaneous Category of Teachers: Not exceeding 35 years

✅ NVS Teacher Recruitment Salary:

Principal: Level 12 ₹ 78800 - 209200/-

Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs): Level 8 ₹ 47600 - 151100/-

Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): Level 7 ₹ 44900 - 142400/-

Miscellaneous Category of Teachers: Level 7 ₹ 44900 - 142400/-

✅ NVS Teacher Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Principal:

(1) Master Degree from recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

(2) B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.

(3) Persons having 15 years combined regular service as PGT.

✔️ Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs):

(1) 02 year Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT or any other NCTE recognized University / institute, in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. (OR)

(2) Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects:- English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, History, Geography, Commerce and Biology.

✔️ Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs):

(1) 04 years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate. (OR)

(2) Bachelors Honours Degree with at least 50% marks in all the concerned subjects individually and also in aggregate. Candidate should have studied requisite subjects for at least 2 years in the 03 years degree course. (OR)

(3) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects and also in aggregate. The candidate should have studied the requisite subjects in all three years of degree course.

(4) Subjects: Maths, Science, Social Sciences, English, Hindi, Asamese, Bodo, Garo, Gujarati, Kannada, Khasi. Malayalam, Marathi, Mizo, Nepali, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu nd Urdu.

✔️ Miscellaneous Category of Teachers:

(1) Music - Five years study in Music or A Bachelors Degree with Music or equivalent qualification.

(2) Art - Four years Recognized Diploma in any discipline of Fine Arts as Drawing/ Painting/ Sculpture/ Graphic Arts/ Crafts

after passing Senior Secondary Examination or equivalent qualification.

(3) PET - Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (OR) D.P.Ed.

4) Librarian - University degree in Library Science (OR) Degree with 01 year Diploma in Library Science. Working knowledge of English and Hindi or other Regional Language.

(1) Computer Based Test (CBT)

(2) Personal Interaction / Interview

✅ NVS Teacher Recruitment Application Fee:

(1) Principal - ₹ 2000/-

(2) PGTs  - ₹ 1800/-

(3) TGTs & Miscellaneous Category Teachers - ₹ 1500/-

(4) No fee for SC/ST/PH Category Candidates.
